Key Business Development Position
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in South Australia. In this senior role, you will be responsible for selling Process Automation solutions to new customers and building long-term relationships to drive business growth across the region.
Your key focus will be on securing new customers and identifying opportunities across Corporate and Education accounts in the Enterprise, Tier 2, and Mid-market sector in South Australia.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, strategic software vendors, and partners to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the monthly revenue goals.
In addition, you will run solution demonstrations with prospective customers, generate proposal agreements, and negotiate complex sales cycles to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growing the Process Automation business by securing new customers and identifying opportunities across Corporate and Education accounts in the Enterprise, Tier 2, and Mid-market sector in South Australia
* Cross-selling and upselling through relationships across divisions and operating companies, including co-selling with strategic software vendors and partners
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, strategic software vendors, and partners
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the monthly revenue goals
* Running solution demonstrations with prospective customers, generating proposal agreements, and negotiating complex sales cycles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record in B2B sales of business solutions, software, or services with understanding of complex sales cycles and solutions selling
* Knowledge of corporate business processes is highly desirable (Workflow Automation, solving complex workflow bottlenecks or Enterprise Content Management)
* Strong background in developing net new logo business - a true 'hunter'
* Ability to manage client expectations and relationships, ideally backed by qualifications in consulting-led sales methodologies
* Experience engaging with C-level executives going through digital transformation
