Job Overview
* Oversee daily site operations and coordinate interactions with contractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
* Develop and execute short-term strategies, manage project expenses, and ensure adherence to QA and EHS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role on large-scale projects, ideally exceeding $50 million.
* Proven track record of managing complex building structures packages and associated trades.
* Strong understanding of construction practices and/or principles of general building design and construction.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Able to effectively coordinate and organize teams.
Required Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a supervisor or site manager on large projects, preferably above $50 million.
* Experience in managing complex building structures packages and associated trades.
* Knowledge of construction practices and/or building design and construction principles.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
