Senior Product Designer – UX Front End

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer – UX Front End who's passionate about turning complex problems into simple, elegant experiences that just make sense. You'll take the lead on a key product area — from early concepts to launch — blending creativity with strategy and craft. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring clarity to complexity, make decisions with confidence, and deliver designs that feel effortless for our users.
What You'll Do
* Own and lead the full design process end to end — from discovery to final, production‐ready UX designs
* Uncover real user needs through research, testing, and continuous feedback
* Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions
* Bring ideas to life with wireframes, prototypes, and high‐fidelity visuals
* Partner closely with engineers and product managers to bring designs to life beautifully and consistently
* Help shape and evolve our design system, ensuring every product feels connected and cohesive
What You'll Bring
* Deep experience designing for complex web applications, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
* A sharp eye for visual design and a portfolio that shows real impact
* Experience turning user insights into clear, actionable design outcomes
* Strong Figma skills and comfort working across modern product workflows
* A curious, creative mindset with a bias for action and learning
* Systems thinking — you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to perfect the details
* A true collaborator who thrives on feedback, iteration, and shared problem‐solving
* Domain expertise is a bonus, but curiosity and a love of good design matter most
This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid working style. The role is open to residents or citizens of Australia only, as the client cannot sponsor for this particular role.
