We're looking for a Group Fitness Coach to join our team.

About the Role
Your job is to run each session professionally, with high-energy and to build lasting relationships.
Your responsibilities include:
* Coaching group classes with a focus on technique and safety.
* Setting up the session before class and resetting if needed.
* Delivering our weekly programming framework (plug and play).
* Supporting members with regressions/progressions

About You
You genuinely love helping people get stronger, guiding them to become a better versions of themselves, and leading by that example.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Positive, confident and great with people
* Reliable and punctual
* Already enrolled in or completed Cert III/IV Fitness
* Comfortable demonstrating exercises and coaching correct form
* Happy to coach and learn our existing programming structure
* Able to commit to at least two classes per week.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
* Currently studying OR completed Cert III Fitness
* First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Insurance - professional indemnity (or willing to obtain)
Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
Work Location: In person
