Key Responsibilities
* Provide nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines.
* Supervise Enrolled Nurses, coordinate care for complex and high-risk clients, advocate for diverse cultural needs, and mentor staff and students.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
