Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice to employees and leaders, ensuring effective management of employee relations issues and the employee life cycle.
* Maintain accurate HR data and complete regular HR reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
* Align operational HR delivery with broader strategic objectives, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
* Assist in managing employee relations cases and conducting workplace investigations, upholding fairness and integrity.
* Support key employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Extensive experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with exposure to the mining or resources sector.
* Proven ability to engage and influence leaders and stakeholders, driving business outcomes.
* Generalist experience in all areas of HR, including industrial relations, organizational development, training and development, remuneration, and benefits.
* Understanding of the Fair Work Act and general HR/ER practices.
