We are now seeking a passionate Restaurant and Hospitality Supervisor to join our journey - someone who will help elevate every guest experience and lead our front-of-house team with energy, warmth, and care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading with purpose: Assisting in guiding, supporting, and inspiring our dedicated FOH team while fostering a culture of excellence, care, and creativity.
* Creating connection: Maintaining a calm, confident presence on the floor, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, warm, and memorable journey.
* Driving excellence: Overseeing daily restaurant operations, rostering, staff development, and performance with an eye for detail and a focus on both team wellbeing and operational success.
* Shaping the experience: Optimising table flow and service rhythm to balance efficiency with an unhurried, guest-centred approach.
* Listening and responding: Managing guest feedback with empathy, grace, and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
* Collaborating with passion: Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure harmony, consistency, and excellence across food, wine, and beverage offerings.
* Championing quality: Supporting inventory management, ordering, and cost control while contributing ideas to enhance menus and pairings.
* Prioritising standards: Upholding health, safety, and sanitation with diligence.
* Contributing to growth: Playing an active role in refining and evolving our guest experience, bringing fresh ideas and passion for hospitality to the table.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who not only brings strong experience but also shares our passion for food, wine, people, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
* Experience & Expertise: 2–3+ years in a supervisory or management role within premium dining, with proven ability to oversee and elevate service operations.
* Food, Wine & Spirits Knowledge: Deep understanding of food, wine, and beverage culture — WSET or equivalent qualifications highly regarded. A curiosity and enthusiasm for continual learning is essential.
* Leadership with Heart: A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and uplifts their team, leading by example with authenticity and confidence.
* Operational Strength: A proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and service flow skills, ensuring smooth, efficient operations without compromising guest experience.
* Composure & Confidence: Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused in dynamic environments.
* Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for food, wine, and the art of hosting, with the drive to contribute to our shared ideas, values, and ongoing refinement of our offerings.
