We are seeking a results‐driven National Sales Manager to lead a team of 12 Territory Managers across Australia, lift sales performance and drive commercial growth through hands‐on coaching, clear accountability and strategic execution.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Sales, you will lead a national sales team and take ownership of Davey's end‐to‐end sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead, coach and develop a national sales team
* Own and execute the national sales strategy, aligned to business and growth objectives
* Drive revenue growth across dealers, OEM, projects and key accounts
* Build strong, trusted relationships with key customers and strategic partners
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations and Supply Chain
* Use insights, forecasting and market intelligence to inform decision‐making
* Ensure strong cadence in performance management, KPIs and sales governance
* Represent Sales at an executive level and contribute to broader business strategy
About You
You are a commercially minded sales leader with a track record of lifting team performance, building accountability and coaching sales teams to consistently hit targets.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, including building high‐performance sales cultures and lifting teams to consistently deliver against targets
* Strong track record of driving revenue growth and delivering against sales targets
* Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and hold sales teams accountable to KPIs and activity targets
* Experience in technical products to the agriculture, rural, plumbing or industrial channels, or from manufacturing, industrial/commercial products. Those from pumps and filters and related products will have an added advantage
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, hardware or technical products (preferred)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong forecasting, planning and commercial acumen
* Willingness to travel nationally as required to coach, mentor and lead by example
