Talent Acquisition Consultant at CQUniversity
This is a Continuing, Part-Time role (0.4 FTE - 29hrs/fortnight) at the School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences, CQUniversity Cairns. Relocation support is available. The Total Remuneration is $53,954 to $63,148 pa (including salary of $45,592 to $53,361 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading).

In this role, you will develop and deliver high-quality teaching across a range of medical science courses, coordinate units, and support student learning through lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. You'll contribute to curriculum development, supervise honours and postgraduate research, and conduct research independently or within larger projects.

Position Requirements
* Relevant teaching qualification (PhD, MBBS, MD, MB ChB, or equivalent) or willingness to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education
* Proven experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, supervision, and employing multi-modal delivery methods
* Proven excellence in research with peer-reviewed publications in international/national journals of high repute and successful research grant applications
* Experience in medical program teaching (preferred)
* Research involvement aligned with departmental strengths, with a readiness to secure external grants (preferred)
