Pre‐Contracts Commercial Manager (Wind Farms – EIC) | CONTRACT ROLE
We're supporting a tier one contractor delivering large scale wind farm projects and are looking for a highly experienced Pre‐Contracts Commercial Manager.
You'll play a key role in shaping tender submissions, reviewing contract terms, managing commercial risks and supporting bid teams across large EIC packages. This is a hands‐on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys fast‐paced tender environments and working closely with engineering, estimating and procurement teams.
What you'll be doing
* Reviewing client tender docs and identifying commercial risks
* Preparing contract departures, pricing assumptions and commercial schedules
* Coordinating RFQs for EIC subcontractors and evaluating responses
* Supporting negotiations with clients and key suppliers
* Consolidating bid inputs and ensuring compliant, high‐quality submissions
* Preparing commercial handover packs for delivery teams
What you'll bring
* Strong commercial/contracts experience in major infrastructure in Australia
* Solid understanding of EIC packages
* Ability to interpret contract conditions and draft commercial positions
* Comfortable working independently on an ABN basis
