We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in a full-time role at Beef City Feedlot. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, this position offers an opportunity for the successful applicant to demonstrate their skills and abilities as a Leader within the Maintenance Team.
* Oversee maintenance operations at Beef City Feedlot and assist with maintenance programs at Mungindi Feedlot as required.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinating teams and workflow to ensure operational priorities are identified and deadlines met.
2. Supervising quality and work performance of the Feedlot Maintenance team, including contractors.
3. Ongoing development of scheduled preventative maintenance programs, ensuring efficiency gains where possible.
This position involves coordinating various workflows across multiple sites while working closely with supervisors from different departments. We're looking for someone who is able take initiative when necessary but also communicate effectively with colleagues on site or remotely through regular meetings and provide timely updates during shifts whenever feasible. Our ideal candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills along with high level leadership qualities such that they can motivate others towards improving overall job outcomes.. The main goal here would be get everything done efficiently & professionally enough so everyone leaves feeling satisfied after every project has been completed successfully!
