**Job Description:** As a Specialty Representative, you will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include creating pre-call plans, handling objections, building trusted customer relationships, and developing call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.

**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in selling, solid presentation skills, and in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge. You should possess strong business acumen, proficient use of business tools, strategic and critical thinking capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:** The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be able to identify disease state experts, develop speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance, and differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers assigned.
