As our General Manager - Home Services, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership for our services across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Queanbeyan regions. You will shape the direction, performance, and growth of Home Services, building strong partnerships and a high performing leadership team to drive outstanding outcomes for people.
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of Warrigal’s strategic plan and steer the delivery of business objectives for Home Services. With oversight of operational excellence, financial sustainability, and quality outcomes, you’ll champion continuous improvement and ensure our services remain people centred, compliant, and future focused.

The Role | What You’ll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in management, business, health or related field
* understanding of federal and state government policy directions and funding programs as they relate to aged care
* Demonstrated experience in a Senior Leadership position and leading a multi-disciplinary team
* A strong commercial focus, together with proven high-level business development skills and experience and strong financial management skills
* Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, communication (written and verbal), planning and management skills
* Adept experience in change management and the implementation of customer driven business outcomes
* Current Driver’s License and ability to travel within Warrigal’s services.
