**Your new role**
Working as an Operations Manager, you will be;
- Managing a small team of operations associates to deliver claim outcomes
- Communicating with clients directly to ensure a smooth customer process when escalation is needed
- Responsible for the resolution of complaints, escalations and risk events to understand root cause analysis and risk aversion
- Being responsible for all QA and compliance obligations
- Meeting team KPI's and quality targets
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Demonstrated experience managing an operations team across Insurance or Financial Services
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders
- Experience developing and upskilling team members
- Available to work in Chatswood location
