Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality community-based care to clients
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure optimal client outcomes

About You:
* Hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
* Have an interest in community healthcare
* Have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence
* Have or be willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check
