The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic business developer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
Key Responsibilities
Champion new initiatives.
Help shape our thrivability efforts.
Meet regularly with team members.
Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Develop growth strategies and plans.
Develop and retain relationships with existing partners.
Increase following and store sales.
Write funding and sponsorship proposals.
Negotiate with partners and sponsors.
Identify and map organisational strengths and consumer needs.
Research opportunities and viable income streams.
Follow industry trends locally and internationally.
Draft and review agreements.
Report on successes and areas needing improvements.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree in business or management, or other relevant field.
At least one year of commercial experience in project management, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Requirements
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
Ability to deliver presentations.
Willingness to learn new skills.
The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
