Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to a government educational institution.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front-office operations, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
* Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Ensure the smooth functioning of school processes, such as maintaining records and coordinating events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in ICT systems. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
