The primary responsibility of the Contract Administrator will be to manage and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders across various construction projects. This role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

1. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders;
* Maintain project documentation, registers, and compliance records;
* Support claims, variations, EOTs, and subcontractor payments;
* Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams;
2. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar CA role within construction (residential or community housing preferred);
* Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and compliance standards;
* Excellent document control, attention to detail, and time management skills;
