We are seeking a confident and results-driven Part-Time Sales Team Agent to engage with our existing client base. The primary focus of this role is outbound contact to current and previous customers, with the objective of reactivation, retention, and strengthening ongoing client relationships.
This is not cold calling. You will be speaking with customers who already know the business and have an existing relationship with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement & Sales
* Make outbound calls to existing and previously active clients
* Re-engage customers through structured reactivation campaigns
* Clearly communicate offers, updates, and service enhancements
* Build rapport and maintain a professional, consultative approach
* Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and value
Retention & Reactivation
* Follow call frameworks designed to reintroduce customers to the platform
* Understand client history and tailor conversations accordingly
* Handle objections confidently and ethically
* Support ongoing retention initiatives
Administration & Reporting
* Accurately log call outcomes and notes in CRM systems
* Maintain clean and up-to-date client records
* Adhere to compliance, privacy, and internal processes
Performance & Targets
* Work toward daily and weekly contact and conversion targets
* Maintain call quality and professionalism
* Participate in coaching and performance feedback sessions
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Confident, clear phone manner
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Comfortable with outbound calling
* Ability to follow structured sales scripts while sounding natural
* Basic CRM or system experience
* Reliable and self-motivated
Desirable
* Sales, retention, or reactivation experience
* Call centre or phone-based sales background
* Experience contacting existing customers rather than cold leads
* Experience in regulated or compliance-focused industries
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.89 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
