Are you an experienced logistics and spare parts coordinator who thrives on being that 'go-to' person?
Working in a small, but hardworking team you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the spare parts division Monday through to Friday.
You will achieve this via:
- Entering and maintaining spare parts data within ERP System for sales and inventory management.
- Coordinating all parts and amusement game freight and logístical requirements for local and interstate deliveries
- Receiving and dispatching parts and consumables
- Supporting the management team to drive revenue and manage expenditure and provide insight and suggestions on ad hoc business improvement projects
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and setting benchmarks in service delivery for our business
**About You**
As well as a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn, you will need to bring:
- Experience in a similar role and Amusement and Entertainment industry at coordinator/supervisor level
- Strong understanding of inventory, pick pack & dispatch
- Good understanding of organising local & interstate freight
- Fast and accurate data entry skills and experience using ERP systems (MYOB EXO is used).
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The right to live and work in Australia
