Fetch Recruitment are looking forexperienced Front End Loader Operators to join multiple projects on a large-scale quarry, civil and bulk earthwork sites across Melbourne.
* 50-hour work weeks with Saturday shifts

You'll be responsible for:
* Safe and efficient operation of front end loaders
* Loading trucks, stockpiling materials, and general material handling
* Supporting earthworks, drainage, and site preparation tasks
* Routine cleaning and maintenance of your machine
* Working closely with supervisors to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years' experience operating front end loaders in civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks environments
* Current RII Front End Loader ticket and White Card
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* Availability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime + night-shiftwhen required
* Strong recent references
