$100,000 – $120,000 + superannuation
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
About the Role
MOR. Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established NDIS provider delivering community care services to clients with disabilities across the western suburbs of Melbourne.
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager preferably in the healthcare space to lead the organisation's human resources function, supporting a dedicated workforce and ensuring best practice in compliance, workforce culture, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Provide expert HR guidance to leaders and staff in line with employment legislation, NDIS quality standards, and company policies.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives.
Manage performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
Oversee payroll and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support workforce compliance requirements including WWCC, Police Checks, and NDIS Worker Screening.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (postgraduate HR qualifications desirable).
Proven experience as a HR Manager, preferably within healthcare, disability, or community services.
In-depth knowledge of Fair Work legislation, contemporary awards, and NDIS quality & safeguarding standards.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Demonstrated commitment to workforce wellbeing and inclusion.
