Overview
Role: Educator – Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Location: Goodstart Highfields, Highfields, Toowoomba Region QLD 4352, Jarowair and Giabal country. Centre: Goodstart Highfields. Employment type: Casual shifts Monday‐Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm. Pay: $40.93 – $46.10 p/h + super.
Responsibilities
* Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engaging and supervising the children at all times
* Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Qualifications
Hold an ACECQA‐approved early childhood qualification (Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent). Current QLD Working with Children Check. Willing to travel between local services and have flexible availability Monday‐Friday.
