We are a tight knit and friendly GP Practice in a beach facing location. We are seeking our next Reception Superstar to join our tight knit team and provide a positive experience for our patients.
About the role
Our GP Practice is a mixed billing practice with a diverse patient base. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively in our small knit team who are collectively responsible for all reception duties. These duties include:
· Answering telephones, making phone calls, booking appointments and dealing with other telephone queries.
· Greeting and assisting patients.
· Taking payments.
· Faxing and scanning.
· Providing administrative support for our clinical team.
Our practice can be busy and you will often be required to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
About you
You will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
· Customer service experience
· Working in a team environment
· Working in a fast-paced environment
· A can-do attitude
· Have a professional and friendly demeanor
· Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs
· Australian work rights are required for this position
Experience working in a similar role is advantageous but not required. If you have a great personality and an eagerness to learn you are strongly encouraged to apply. Immediate start preferred.
