This dynamic, fast-paced environment will see you using your exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills working with Regional Finance Managers to administer the preparation and settlement of Asset Finance loans including the maintenance of our wholesale and retail contract portfolio in accordance with PACCAR Financial's policies & procedures
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurate and timely document preparation, loan settlements and maintenance
- Exceptional customer service in person and over the phone to both internal and external stakeholders
- Banking, invoicing, contract maintenance, month end reporting, insurance, and registration maintenance
**About You**
- Background in asset finance management highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Polite and concise phone manner
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment and independently
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet use are essential
