OVERVIEW:
Our client is a boutique real estate agency and they are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to support their high-performing sales and property teams.
This hands-on role sits at the centre of finance, trust accounting and sales administration, working closely with senior finance and sales support teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trust accounting, receipting and reconciliations
* Supplier invoicing and financial administration (Xero)
* Agent and office expense management
* Marketing and vendor invoicing coordination
* Settlements, commissions and deposit processing
* General office and sales administration support
CRITERIA:
* Real estate finance/administration experience essential
* Strong trust accounting and compliance knowledge
* Confident with Xero, AgentBox and Microsoft Office
* Highly organised, detail-driven and professional
