Warehouse Administrator Role
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our luxury fashion client, providing administrative support to the warehouse operation, and assisting with stocktakes and data entry.
Your duties and responsibilities may include:
* Processing customer orders
* Customer support to the client
* Liaising with external transport companies
* Assisting with stocktakes and data entry
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to display the following skills:
* Proven experience in a Warehouse Admin or Logistics customer service role
* Strong administrative skills
* Strong customer focus
* Able to multitask and work autonomously
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
