 
        
        Pre-Sales Consultant Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a vital role in ensuring that client requirements are understood and accurately reflected in pre-sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products, software implementation, and client onboarding, with the ability to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solution presentations and product demonstrations to client needs, acting as the bridge between sales promises and delivery.
 * Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations: Ensure that product demonstrations address client requirements and technical needs.
 * Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to validate solutions and prepare demo configurations.
 * Support Client Meetings: Assist Senior Sales Executives during client meetings, respond to RFPs, and anticipate client concerns with practical solutions.
 * Evaluate and Refine Demo Environments: Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on recurring requirements, refine demo environments, and contribute to pre-sales process evolution.
About You
 * Demonstrated Experience: Proven experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment.
 * Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of SaaS products, software implementation, and client onboarding, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
 * Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
