Provide high-level secretariat and executive support to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and Chancellor, ensuring the smooth operation of senior executive meetings and governance activities.
The OpportunityBe at the centre of university leadership. You’ll manage and provide secretariat support for Senior Executive Meetings and key committees, prepare high-quality agendas, minutes, and briefing materials, and support the Executive Officers in both the Vice-Chancellor and Chancellor’s offices. Your work will ensure effective governance, timely communication, and seamless executive operations.
What Success Looks Like:Deliver professional secretariat support for Senior Executive Meetings and committeesPrepare and disseminate agendas, minutes, schedules, and briefing papers of the highest qualityDevelop content for committee materials in collaboration with stakeholdersProvide administrative and diary support to the Chancellor as requiredMaintain effective systems for records management and confidential information
