- To develop handheld laser welding market to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and potential pricing targets;
- To visit the distributors and sub-distributors regularly in responsible region;
- To setup regular strategic plans and forecasts for sales in responsible region;
- To proactively maintain product and technical knowledge to expected standard;
- To collect market trend information, new product needs and common problems in the market, feedback to HQ to create value for company product road map;
- To work closely with the after-sales team to improve customer satisfaction level;
- Other assignments by the company.
Experience and skills
- Should have good experience in welding equipment, business and of the welding market;
- Knowledge and good relationship with main resellers of welding equipment in the region;
- Experience in sales through channels (resellers);
- "Hands-on" profile;
- Willingness to travel within the region;
- Proactive sales personality (Hunter);
- Laser experience is a plus (not mandatory), especially in laser welding;
- Strongly results oriented, aiming to meet goals and guidelines;
- Professional behavior with clients and within the company;
- Self-motivated and disciplined, working independently from home office as part of a bigger team.
