About the Role
You will provide onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure safety, environmental, design, and contractual requirements are met across a portfolio of projects. With a strong pipeline of work, this role offers long-term career growth within a high-performing, transparent, and accountable culture.
Projects include
- Land development – residential and industrial subdivisions
- Water and sewer upgrades
- Road infrastructure for local councils
- Defence contracts
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver programming, staging, and construction methodologies effectively
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
- Manage team outputs across profitability, efficiency, and human relations
- Lead monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance
- Build strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Maintain a protected working environment
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in civil construction, including at least 2 years in project management
- Experience in community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, and road construction
- Collaborative management style to build a close, outcome-focused team
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder and client engagement
- Project and estimating experience highly regarded
- Experience in developing and reviewing subcontractor work packages
