You'll take charge of editing our weekly podcast, producing high-impact social content, and creating video ads that generate real ROI.This isn't a behind-the-scenes editing job.
You'll be fully immersed in content strategy, performance tracking, and ongoing experimentation to grow our audience and drive conversions.You'll:Edit weekly podcast episodes into polished, high-retention contentProduce 3-5 short-form Reels and teasers per episode for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeCollaborate with our videographer and marketing team to create social video that consistently hits 10,000+ viewsSupport our ads team with video creative that books calls, generates leads, and drives ROIDevelop hooks, headlines, and structures that stop the scroll and get engagementTrack performance data - views, watch time, conversions and suggest optimisationsBring fresh ideas and iterate quickly to improve resultsEnsure all content aligns with our brand but always prioritises performance over polishWho You AreYou're a video professional who thrives on creating content that gets noticed and gets results.
