What we're looking for:
Experience with personal care, assisting with toileting, and manual handling
Confidence using mobility aids and equipment (hoists, slide sheets, etc.)
A calm, respectful approach to care
Someone who treats every participant like family
You'll help with:
Personal care & showering
Toileting support
Hoisting & manual handling
Driving clients to appointments & activities
Community access – shops, outings, events, and more

Must-Haves:
Cert III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability
At least 6 months of experience
NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willing to get one)
Working With Children Check (Employment Type)
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR
Up-to-date vaccinations (we can help you check)
A car, a licence, and a phone that actually rings
Highly Regarded:
Experience with dementia, palliative care, or complex needs
Skills in PEG, bowel care, or behavioural support
Able to hit the ground running with a big smile and a bigger heart
