About the role

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to step into a Senior Manager role and lead the go‐to‐market strategy and execution for Tyro's Enterprise proposition. Reporting to the Product & Customer Marketing Lead, this role will drive integrated campaigns, product launches and account‐based marketing initiatives that strengthen Tyro's position across enterprise and multi‐site merchants.

You'll play a key role in shaping how Tyro brings products and solutions to market, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling and tailored to the unique needs of enterprise customers. Working across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management and Marketing, you'll help commercialise solutions, refine customer propositions and deliver programs that generate awareness, pipeline growth and revenue.

This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, matrixed environment and enjoys translating complex solutions into meaningful customer value.

What you'll do

* Own and execute the go‐to‐market strategy for Tyro's Enterprise proposition and product launches
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns targeting enterprise audiences to drive awareness, engagement and revenue
* Build and execute account‐based marketing (ABM) programs for key enterprise prospects in partnership with Sales
* Refine and strengthen value propositions, messaging frameworks and portfolio positioning for enterprise segments
* Partner closely with Product, Sales and Account Management teams to identify customer needs and shape product offerings
* Develop compelling sales collateral, campaign assets and customer‐facing content to support acquisition and adoption
* Support sales enablement through training materials, tools and messaging resources
* Collaborate with Marketing to create case studies, campaign content and other product marketing materials
* Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitive insights to inform strategy and decision making
* Manage multiple GTM initiatives simultaneously while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment across the business

What you'll bring

* 4+ years' experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS or a related industry
* Proven experience developing and executing go‐to‐market strategies for complex or enterprise‐level products and solutions
* Hands‐on experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and/or account‐based marketing programs
* Understanding of enterprise business models, including multi‐site operations and partner ecosystems
* Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling customer messaging
* A data‐driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‐solving capability
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross‐functional teams in a matrixed organisation
* Experience supporting commercial teams with sales enablement and strategic deal support
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐moving environment
* A degree qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is preferred

Success in your first 6 months

* Develop a deep understanding of the enterprise omni‐channel payments landscape
* Audit and refine Tyro's enterprise propositions and messaging frameworks
* Launch targeted enterprise marketing campaigns
* Establish and pilot an ABM program for priority enterprise accounts
* Strengthen sales enablement materials and support for enterprise opportunities
* Deliver go‐to‐market initiatives for two enterprise‐focused products or features
