**What are we looking for?**
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Leading your crew to maintain plant and equipment in a safe and cost-effective manner to achieve budget performance levels.- Executing the weekly plan whilst taking into consideration mining activities and fleet performance.- Maintaining a safe workplace through visible leadership.- Overseeing the training and development of your team members
**About you**:
- You will hold a relevant Mechanical / Electrical Trade Certificate.- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role.- You will have experience in computerised maintenance management systems (SAP).- You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.- You have the ability to work in high pressure situations with competing workplace priorities.- You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.- You demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to working proactively.- You are a team player with a high level of safety awareness, an attitude for outstanding performance, and a willingness to contribute to a winning team.
