About the Role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of this asset, working closely with tenants and service providers. Your role is to make sure the asset runs smoothly, stays compliant and provides a positive experience for the community. You’ll manage contractors, oversee maintenance, monitor safety and support the long-term quality of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational services, maintenance and compliance for the asset
* Manage R&M budgets, forecasting and monthly operational reporting
* Coordinate and review contractor performance and service agreements
* Ensure essential services testing, WHS checks and risk management requirements are met
* Respond to incidents, maintenance requests and urgent issues as they arise
* Maintain productive relationships with tenants and service partners
* Look for opportunities to enhance presentation standards and improve operational efficiency
Skills and experience required for this role
* Experience in facilities, property or retail operations
* Strong knowledge of WHS, building compliance and contractor management
* Confident managing budgets and operational workflows
* Clear communication skills and a steady, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
* Proactive, organised and attentive to detail
