Marketing Coordinator | Bonds
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of retail marketing campaigns for Bonds.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role plays a key part in bringing campaigns to life across store windows, in store signage and local area marketing. You'll work cross‐functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly across channels, driving traffic, engagement and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute retail marketing campaigns across store windows and in store signage
* Collaborate with Retail, VM, Buying and Design teams to deliver campaign assets
* Manage production and delivery of signage to ensure timelines and budgets are met
* Support omni‐channel rollout of campaigns across digital and retail environments
* Drive local area marketing initiatives, including centre activations and partnerships
* Assist with photoshoots, collaborations and campaign content execution
* Support campaign reporting, post‐season reviews and performance analysis
* Process invoices and assist with budget tracking
* Maintain strong stakeholder communication across internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
* Experience in a marketing or brand role
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* A proactive mindset with a passion for retail and brand marketing
