Job Title: Garden maintenance Team Leader needed
A leading garden maintenance company is looking for multiple experienced team Leaders overseeing day-to-day horticultural operations, ensuring high standards of landscape maintenance and team performance in Western Sydney.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support horticulture staff in daily tasks.
Maintain public parks, gardens, and green spaces.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Monitor work quality and provide hands-on training.
Requirements:
Qualification in Horticulture or 5+ years of team leader experience is preferred.
Clean police check.
NSW driving licence and white card.
Proven experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance.
