Role Overview:
We seek a seasoned financial expert to drive accurate and insightful financial reporting to senior leadership.
This key role ensures timely and precise financial management, meeting internal and external obligations with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic financial advice to the Executive team and relevant managers in all aspects of financial management.
* Develop financial control systems, budget guidelines, and reporting mechanisms.
* Conduct financial analysis to understand key business drivers and use data and analytics to provide actionable insights.
* Drive financial performance by providing commercial direction and financial advice.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' senior financial managerial position with a proven success record.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in finance within the Aged Care Industry.
* Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) or similar.
* Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Ability to lead by example and demonstrate integrity, ethics, and dependability.
* Necessary qualifications include current NDIS Workers Screening Check.
