This dual-function role involves coordinating the return-to-work process for injured employees and supporting the development, and compliance of internal and external online training across the business. It is crucial for maintaining safety and training systems, supporting employee capability development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Experience in Injury management, rehabilitation coordination, return to work programs, training coordination (or a strong desire to learn) Hold a workplace Trainer and Assessors qualification / Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable, not essential).
