I'm currently helping a client search for aSenior Electronics Engineerto join their product engineering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in both digital and analog circuit design and experience taking electronic systems from concept to production.
Role Highlights
Lead the full lifecycle of electronic system design: component selection, PCB layout, circuit population, and functional testing.
Design and implement high-speed interfaces such as DDR3/4/5, PCIe, Ethernet (Gigabit+), USB 3.0+, MIPI, and other high-speed serial links.
Apply core EE principles, including transmission line theory, impedance control, reflections, crosstalk, timing analysis, and power distribution.
Collaborate with firmware/software teams to support hardware bring-up and debugging.
Assemble and rework prototypes, with hands-on soldering, fault-finding, and troubleshooting.
Utilize EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer) for schematic capture and PCB layout review.
Use lab equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, function generators, and logic analyzers.
What They're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
5+ years' experience in an established product engineering environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated hardware debugging and troubleshooting expertise.
Highly Desirable
Experience with battery-operated products and low-power design.
Familiarity with EMI/EMC design and certification processes.
