About The Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced CISP Case Manager to support people on bail with complex needs to engage in rehabilitation and achieve positive behaviour change.

Based at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court, this role delivers client‐centred, problem‐solving case management under the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP). You will work holistically with clients experiencing issues such as substance use, mental health challenges, disability or social disadvantage, supporting them to address underlying causes of offending.

You Will

* Provide strengths‐based, collaborative case management using evidence‐informed practice
* Assess client needs, risks and motivation, and develop tailored support plans
* Engage clients with optimism and respect, applying motivational interviewing techniques
* Prepare high‐quality reports and speak confidently to your work in a court setting
* Build strong relationships with court stakeholders and external service providers
* Navigate and coordinate local service systems to reduce barriers to support
* Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality in a sensitive environment

About You

* A tertiary qualification related to case management practice with forensic clients is highly desirable (minimum Diploma level). Relevant disciplines may include social work, psychology, welfare, drug and alcohol studies, or another related field, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
* You are motivated to apply and further develop your skills to support forensic clients to achieve positive behaviour change.
* You value working as part of a supportive, inclusive and diverse team environment.
