Job Title: Retail Shop Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate retail professional to lead our team and drive growth in our purpose-driven retail environment. As a Retail Shop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of shop operations, including team leadership, inventory management, visual merchandising, financial performance, and compliance with organisational policies.
About the Role
* Lead a dedicated team of volunteers and staff to achieve business objectives
* Oversight of all aspects of shop operations, including finance, inventory, and customer service
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven success in managing retail stores and achieving financial targets
* Strong people management skills and experience developing diverse teams
* Experience supervising and supporting volunteers (highly desirable)
* Eye for visual merchandising and retail presentation
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Certificate III in Retail or equivalent (desirable)
* Experience in not-for-profit organisations (a plus)
