We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team.
Job Description:
This role will involve overseeing all facets of subcontract and main contract procedures, negotiating and assessing subcontract and main contract bids, and developing, verifying, and assessing subcontract packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement timetables.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring subcontractors comply with environmental obligations and duties, comprehending and controlling contractual risks associated with subcontractors, administering progress claims, delay claims, and variations external to the contract as per contractual requirements.
In addition, the Contracts Administrator will prepare and review project cash flow and budget reports to provide accurate forecasts of the final account continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary education in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
* A track record of success in significant projects, especially in the mixed-use domain—commercial, Class-2 residential, hotel and retail—valued at approximately $50M and more, or over 200-units
* Expert local knowledge of subcontract tendering processes, standards, and procedures
* Robust negotiation capabilities
* A thorough understanding of construction schedules and blueprints, with an aptitude for pinpointing critical commitments
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Competence in essential software, such as Procure and the Microsoft Office suite
