We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education Professional to lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality education and care for children aged 0-4 years.

Main Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of educators to deliver engaging and innovative child-initiated curriculums that cater to the diverse needs of children.
* Program Development and Implementation: Plan and implement educational programs that align with early childhood education standards and guidelines.
* Family Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and the community through regular communication and collaboration.
* Child Development Monitoring: Monitor and document children's learning and development, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
* Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an early childhood setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Qualifications: A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to plan and implement innovative and engaging child-initiated curriculums, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Remuneration Package: A highly competitive remuneration package ranging from $37.26/hr to $38.39/hr depending on qualifications and experience.
