Job Description
Aqua Vitae Day Spa invites you to join our management team as a full‐time front‐of‐house and therapy lead. You will greet clients, manage phone, email and in‐person enquiries, and ensure delivery of our renowned customer experience. Your role will include leading a team by example, mentoring junior staff, maintaining an organised, friendly and healthy working environment, and balancing management duties with the opportunity to perform beauty therapy treatments. The position offers regular weekends off, ongoing training, social activities and a salary package of up to $75,000 per annum.
Requirements
* Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
* Be highly organised with excellent time‐management skills.
* Possess a warm, professional and caring personality.
* Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
* Prior management experience preferred but not essential.
* Be a confident communicator.
* Support a calm, professional and organised workplace culture.
