Job Overview
This position involves leading the HR Operations team, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Shared Services team to ensure effective management of HR activities and plans. You will be responsible for overall business performance and development of strategies and change management initiatives to influence and support the organisational strategic direction.
The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Business Management or related field with post graduate qualifications in one of these areas. They must also possess strong leadership skills, industrial relations knowledge as well as experience in managing multi-functional project teams.
Skills And Qualifications Required:
* A university degree in human resources or a related discipline
* Strong leadership skills including ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Possession of tertiary qualifications in a relevant field is highly regarded
