About the Role
Work closely with three highly regarded Partners in the Projects & Infrastructure team, advising on major government and private sector projects nationally.
Ideal for lawyers with experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and a strong background in infrastructure delivery.
Focus Areas Include:
* Major transport, health, education, or energy projects
* Construction contracts and complex advisory work
* Government procurement and tendering processes
* Project structuring, delivery, and risk management
Candidate Profile
* PAE: 10–25 years
* Location: Brisbane-based or open to relocation from another mid-tier or national firm
* Expertise: At least two of the focus areas listed above
* Networks: Strong relationships with State/Commonwealth Government and/or Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors
* Leadership: Commercial acumen, client focus, and team mentoring experience
Salary & Benefits

* Special Counsel: $290K+
* Salaried Partner: $400K + bonuses
* Equity Partner: $750K – $1.5M+
