About The Role
This role will focus on generating door hardware schedules and providing technical support to both architectural representatives and customers within the commercial construction and building industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing comprehensive door hardware schedules for clients
* Providing expert technical support to architectural representatives and customers
* Maintaining knowledge of customer and competitor movements within the construction and developer industry
* Delivering product information training as required
Requirements:
* Able to deliver high-level customer service
* Aptitude for problem-solving and technical tasks
* Knowledge of developing schedules for clients and proficiency in computer skills
* Willingness to develop an advanced understanding of Australian Standards and building codes
* Desirable but not essential: experience with CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365), mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or Electronic Access Control (EAC) specification writing, and sales or architectural documentation
