NRMA Parks and Resorts are an industry leader in the dynamic Holiday Park sector, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 48 parks in iconic tourism locations around Australia. We are a wholly-owned entity of the NRMA, Australia's largest member-owned organisation with over 100 years of operations in motoring and tourism services. We are seeking a vibrant character, who's personality shines through to each customer. Ideally someone with a passion for travel and delivering a superior customer experience.
Due to an increased volume of inbound calls and customer demand, we have a number of positions available and are offering (Permanent, Part-time or casual) to expand our current team! You will work 6 or 8 hour shifts between 8am-6pm, Monday to Sunday. Depending on the nature employment, it is preferred that you are availab le for morning and afternoon shifts and available on weekends.
Our Sales Centre team is responsible for taking inbound calls, making reservations for holiday stays for our members and guests. You will play a vital role in our customer journey. You will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book that memorable holiday, road trip, or getaway.

- Demonstrated sales or exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment
- A motivated and driven individual with the ability to effectively work under pressure while maintaining a strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills - you love a chat and bring 100% positive energy to every call
- MS Office, strong systems navigation skills and attention to detail
- A team player attitude with the capacity to work auton omously within a remote team-based environment
- Reservations experience utilising property management and booking systems will be favourable
- Previous experience with Newbook will be advantageous

- Experience within a call Centre, travel, tourism sector, or an affinity with the holiday park industry is highly desirable
